"This is my 2nd prestige my first I had for 12 years and loved it. This one I paid $4000 plus tax and so far just disappointed. The direct mode is not even close to being accurate, of by at least 125F, the left side the bolts are just hanging in there and the tool rack was over drilled and only held on by 1 screw. I have tried Napoleon 30 times at least and I havnt gotten through once. So no I would not recommend this product."

Have not had time to

"Have not had time to test it out yet as I had to wait for new parts to replace damaged parts. I was told it would take 20 minutes to set the grill up. Thus far I have 3 plus hours invested and still not put together, but I will get there. Customer service has been very good."

Quality Grill, Great Service

"This is the Tesla of grills. The fit and finish and the quality materials is excellent. I’ve grilled with it several times already and the results are excellent. The grill is easy to clean. The grill arrived on a wooden pallet and in several boxes. It took me 32 to 3 hour sessions in order to complete construction. I gave the grill four stars identified because the gas regulator was not functioning properly. Service was excellent and I just received a replacement part yesterday. I’ve replaced it and will test the function of the regulator later today. Highly recommend this grill."

"I’ve just purchased this product and was baffled by how poorly the product assembly process was considered. From the instructions to the layout it is clear that Napoleon is new to higher tech products. Wires running everywhere and expecting the customer to plug multiple peripherals into a control board is insanity. Avoid the smart versions of the Prestige Pro series until Napoleon hires a qualified design engineer."

Wait a Year or Two

"Wait for the next iteration when they hire a design engineer to route and resolve the electronics as well as a user experience expert to properly implement the technology. They make outstanding grills at Napoleon, however they didn’t hire a design and user experience expert for these newer units. Not only is the assembly and technology layout a disaster, they really haven’t maximized the potential of the new technology they’ve added."
