    Very Unhappy!

    "Very Unhappy with this grill. Box was not damaged but grill lid has big gank and bent from factory packaging. Not a big, but the rest of this grill is junk. We put it together according to the directions. The door falls off continuously! Poor design. We used this grill twice. There is something wrong with the regulator. If I turn it down on low or medium to cook, it goes out every single time, wind or no wind! The propane is on fully, there is no user error. Have used gas grills for 25 years and this is ridiculous! I expected better after reading reviews and am returning it after less than 2 weeks!"

    Nice grill but flimsy base stand.

    "The grill portion of the natural gas, four burner, grill seems to work just fine. The unit is attractive. This grill is a replacement for my 10 year old Napoleon “mirage”. Admittally, over time the manufacturing costs have increased and firms change models and manufacturing process to fit economic conditions. Thus, the overall impression is a step down in terms of satisfaction. My main concern is the poor fit and durability of the grill stand/base unit. Very light weight framing and side panels. Craftsmanship and assembly quality control is bothersome. Within a month I had to replace door hinges and add many more sheet screws to keep panels in place. Flimsy. is the most accurate description of the unit. Sad result for a $800 expenditure. Please note, I recognize the grill model is a step down in terms of the older model I had. I chose this unit in a bit of desperation as it was just before Christmas and the six stores i shopped, it was the only natural gas unit, as all others were propane units."

    "This grill is worthless. It cannot even cook a 7 lb turkey breast in under four hours. It does not hold temperature well. I replaced my old grill with this grill and let me tell you, it was not worth the money."

    "Looks great, the assembly wasn't difficult but took some time. The ignition on the burners is fantastic and is so much easier than my old BBQ and it heats up very fast. I'm very pleased so far and if it lasts 10 years like my old BBQ, I'll be happy. Also bought the rotisserie but haven't tried it yet."
