DO NOT BUY the Built-In 700 Series 32 Griddle
"DO NOT BUY A NAPOLEAN GAS GRIDDLE. This griddle has not worked since day one and Napolean is refusing to honor the warranty either by replacing or furnishing replacement parts. I found it suspicious that Napolean has multiple detailed how-to videos on their website on replacing and rebuilding their gas products; obviously this is a common issue. I should have known better."
Issue with a burner
"The griddle has has issue with the right burner since install. IT would take about 5-8 minute to fire up when the left burner only takes2-5 seconds. I have reported the issue to the store where I bought it. Awaiting an answer."

Disappointed in Product & Customer Service
"Extremely disappointed in product and customer service. I received this product in May brand new. I have already replaced both thermocouple's and now the flame sensor. From other reviews there is clearly prior issues with the lighting systems. It has been 5 months the product has never worked and still does not. I purchased the extended warranty. Now the past 3 days I sit on their help line trying to get ahold of technical service. Shannon tried to call me back once but I missed the call. So back on hold for 30+ minutes again today. . . . . oh but I did receive survey response asking how great the service was? Really. Back at the start of the line. I was so excited to add this to my outdoor package. I would love a call back."

"The stainless steel cooking surface is incredible. Have a bbq party with no problem! I don't have 28 friends but if you do, this is perfect to feed everybody and not have to cook the whole time. Glowing knobs is a pretty neat feature"

"You can do so much on this stainless-steel griddle. Love the quality and durability of this griddle. I wanted a built-in griddle that I would not have to replace in a few years and this is it. It also cooks well and is easy to clean. Love this griddle."
Non Working Lights
"Purchased this for our display floor and was one of the first dealers to get it installed and swapped out. Shortly after Napoleon recalled the item temporarily while they made a fix for the lights/knob issue. We filed a claim stating that they would send us a replacement unit or the kit to make the knob lights work but still have a non working unit on our floor."
Ultimate quality griddle for a built in unit
"I am so happy with this griddle!! Breakfast, smash burgers, fajitas, rice all done outdoors on our outside kitchen. Stainless is very thick and really holds the heat, and no worries about it rusting like some of the other griddles out there. I could have got a stand alone unit for much less but would have looked like an after thought so bit the bullet and added it to our kitchen when we designed it. So glad we did, I now understand what all the griddle fad is about. Not a fad, it is another way of cooking and is here to stay."
