The Videl USA Brasa III Drop-In Stainless Steel Argentinian Style Grill integrates into your custom outdoor kitchen island to establish a permanent, heavy-duty setup for live-fire cooking. You build a deep fire using real charcoal or split wood logs right inside the high-capacity firebox to get your coal bed started. You rotate the side wheel mechanism to raise or lower the grates over the open flames, moving food closer for an instant sear or higher up for a slow, smoky roast. When you want to slow-cook large cuts of meat or whole chickens, the grill is rotisserie-ready and capable of handling up to 85 pounds, making it a solid option for larger cooks and gatherings.

It drops directly into your stone or brick countertop and is constructed completely from 304 stainless steel, giving it a seamless, professional appearance that holds up to heavy use and stays outside year-round without rusting out or looking worn after a few seasons. Rain, heat, and everything in between, the build handles it without needing much attention between cooks.
