"Did chicken in the oven, as easy intro to the thermometer. Also due to being -20C to bbq to try and figure out. Good Lighting - Simple enough button controls. Saved multiple times opening door applying a manual thermometer. Need to work with timing a bit more. Easy Peasy. Confused on boiling probe for several minutes to sterilize, seems long and was not sure if that was in preparing the probe before each time use or to read temperature?"
"The thermometer worked well. It recorded accurate internal temperature when compared to our best traditional/manual thermometer. Using the Napolean thermometer, we were able to cook thick cut steaks medium rare, just the way we like it! The digital choices of different types of meat (with pictographs on the screen) was easy to use. One suggestion that would make this Napolean thermometer even better would be to have thermometer completely wireless ie. wireless connection to the control unit as well. Thank you."
"After using the Napoleon Wireless Digital Thermometer for the past couple of weeks, I can confidently say it's been a game-changer for my grilling experience. The wireless functionality is fantastic - I love being able to mingle with guests while keeping an eye on the temperature from across the yard. The display is clear and easy to read, and the clip attachment is surprisingly handy when I'm moving around the patio. The temperature readings have been consistently accurate, and I particularly appreciate how the probe's braided wire stands up to the heat. I've used it for everything from quick-grilled steaks to slow-cooked roasts, and it hasn't let me down yet. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that the interface took a little getting used to, especially when setting up custom temperature alerts. However, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. Overall, this thermometer has definitely improved my grilling confidence and results. Would recommend to both casual grillers and BBQ enthusiasts!"

"Very disappointed doesn’t meet the quality standards that all Napoleon products have in the past. I have 3 Napoleon grills my most recent the Prestige 500 Phantom. All the accessories have been made by Napoleon. I will still support the Napoleon grills they are the BEST of the BEST. The PHANTOM is one of the best overall products I have ever bought. I rate that as FANTASTIC"
