"Was thrilled to get this grill as a gift celebrating my retirement. It had been on my wish list. Every aspect of this grill speaks quality and the design is well laid out. The sizzle station is amazing and is also useful for cooking delicate fish in my cast iron frying pans. This grill heats up fast and puts out amazing heat. Still experimenting with settings. Grill lighting is effortless and back lit controls is a nice touch. I look forward every week to try new grilling recipes. The power of this grill will also extend the grilling season well into winter months."

"When I started putting my barbeque together, I realize some of the base components were damaged. I attempted to chat with the company on their website approximately 25 times and every time it dropped the chat while waiting to connect to an operator. There is a sheet in the box t that gave an email address to contact in case there were any issues, I sent them an email and received an auto reply saying that they no longer monitored that email address. I called the company approximately 20 times and every time it said the weight was over two hours and that I should try to chat or email! Even when I called right at opening time, I got the message that there was a two hour wait. After waiting on the phone, you could leave a message after waiting about an hour and said you would remain in the queue, but I would either not receive a call back or I received one call back four days later to which they hung up after two rings. Finally got the part ordered and they said it would take 7 to 10 business days. I waited 10 business days and did not receive anything so finally got a hold of them again and they said it had been on backorder and they just received it and it would be 7 to 10 business days. Waited 10 business days still did not receive, after multiple times of trying to get a hold of them with no luck. I finally received the parts approximately six weeks after my first attempt. I would never deal with this company again if possible. I would’ve returned this barbeque to Canadian Tire, but the store I bought it at was 8 hour return trip and the local Canadian Tire would not take it back because they did not stock it. I did put the barbeque together and it does work well, however, I would not wish this experience on anyone!"
