"Just purchased my BBQ (it is my third Napoleon), and already disappointed with a couple of things. Mine is a natural gas BBQ, and unlike my previous ones which had a full cabinet base, this one has a big hole to accommodate a propane tank! Why is this? Secondly, a rivet on the bottom of the door scrapes against the base, and now I have scratch mark which I'm sure will continue to get worse!"
"This model is slightly smaller than the previous one I had but it is much faster to reach cooking temperature. I yet to try the infrared and the rear burners."

"Although it's had limited use our recently purchased Natural Gas PRO_S 425 Stainless BBQ with sear zone and rotisserie is a welcomed surprise. It preforms very well in accordance with the specs provided. It reaches cooking temps quickly and accurately, easy to clean and seems well made. If there is a design flaw it's the lack of attention to accommodation of the 10 foot natural gas hose. It should have been routed through the rear wall of the BBQ rather than the floor of the BBQ where it becomes entangled in the wheels whenever you move it a few feet. It appears the BBQ housing used originated with the propane fueled models rather than the unique requirements of the natural gas model. It is particularly bothersome in the winter when snow and ice adds complications"
"I’ve owned six barbecues over the years; some were hits, others were misses. This unit is well designed with practical features like control-knob burner ignition, LED indicators for each burner in operation, and easy access to the grease tray. Pre-heating time is better than average. The high heat-capacity of the ceramic side-burner is great for pan-searing meat before finishing on the grill. Heat resistant bumpers effectively silence closure of the lid. The lid’s handle is sturdy and doesn’t get anywhere near hot. A deep door-pocket accommodates gauntlet gloves, grill brush, or tongs. The tool-less tank retainer simply fits over the tank collar and facilitates fast, easy tank swapping. Larger wheel diameter eases manoeuvring on the deck. I bought the Napoleon smoker box separately — it sits out of the way just below the grill atop any one of the burners. Smoking is mild, but welcome."
"We recently bought a Rogue Pro-S 425 with a side burner. Excellent build quality. 3 main burners that create lots of even temperature cooking. I have used it 4 times and it cooks very well. I appreciate the lighting system on the burner knobs, handy when darker outside. Love that it is made in Canada and has a 15 year warranty."

"I do not often leave reviews, but when I do it is because I really love or I really hate a product or a service. I Love the new Rogue Pro-S 425. Has all of the features I want in a great little package. Lots of room for burgers, an infrared side burner, and a rotisserie burner. SS everywhere it is needed. Colour lights at night look awesome, and knowing when a burner is left on is a nice safety feature. I am recommending this to all of my friends and family."
"I didn't need a huge grill, but I love to cook. The 3 main burners provide plenty of space to cook for my small family and the addition of the searing side burner provided all of the space I need. I love the stainless steel features and the high BTUs provided by the main burners. I haven't used the rotisserie burner, but I'm looking forward to adding some extra accessories so I can do even more with my grill!"
