"Picked up a rouge and am impressed. Natural gas bbq that heats evenly and consistently. By far the best bbq I’ve owned. Set up is straight forward with great instructions. Well worth it! Steaks have turned out great and I currently have short ribs on it right now."

"I love this grill. It heats up fast and doesn’t allow for flare ups with all those heat shields. The game changer is the infrared side burner. That thing gets up to 1200 degrees as advertised and can seer a steak super fast. I like a rare steak so I cook it on the side burner without using the rest of grill. I would recommend this grill to anyone."
"Instructions for assembly are a bit ‘light’ and careful attention should be applied Have mainly used the infrared and been impressed , can’t get it to light via the starter button and have to use a separate lighter. A system for gas tank full-empty status would have been nice"

"It’s a napoleon grill you should expect it to be great and it is. The only thing I would prefer is the stainless steel grills over a cast iron but everything is as you expect it with top tier products."
"When picking out the grill i upgraded from the original rouge to pro for the better stainless cooking racks. I was a little disappointed in the lack of other stainless parts when assembly. It also does not ship with a large cover on the back side. So there is gaping 10"" gap on the back side of the grill. Napolean wants over a $100 for this piece. It appears to come with the Prestige models. This was huge disappointment as well. This is not called out any where on their website that it has this large gaping slot in the back. In fact there are no pictures on their website of the back side. You have to google on your own. It makes the grill look like a cheap box store brand to me. Its clear that Napolean no longer cares what their product looks like. I would not recommend this to anyone at this time."
