"Bbq is built well, parts are good quality, for the price it could of had a rear burner, and product quality before packaging could be better. Both doors were dented and put in the box as the box wasnt damaged. I wanted to use the warranty to get new doora however i have to pay 30 dollars in shipping but the doors were ruined out of the box, so i shouldnt have to pay. I will call to see what they will do."

The drawings in the directions could be clearer and perhaps include some text, but again, the assembly was intuitive. The grill works beautifully and the side infrared burner is a real benefit for searing. So far everything we grilled, whether directly or indirectly, has come out well."
