Nonexistent warranty
"I tried to use the warranty to fix some shipping damage I found while assembling the grill instead of taking back apart and returning to store. I waited on hold for hours multiple times trying to get ahold of someone without luck. Ended up chatting on their AI chat page which eventually got me a confirmation email for warranty shipment of parts however it’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten any replacement parts. Very overpriced for the complete non existent warranty that they strongly advertise."
Poor warranty
"The BBQis a disappointment. The temperature gauge is highly accurate and it is difficult to cook anything as a result. When I copmplained to Napoleon I was directed to pay for shipping to replace the part which I could purchase locally for less. That’s not a proper warranty."
Decals and logos chip away
"About a week after owning all the heat decals and logo started coming off. Bbq looks terrible and cheap now. We also bought a Napoleon cover at time of purchase, it’s nice though."

"Poor quality and not worth the money at all. Only used half a dozen times and one burner adjuster is broken and all stickers falling off. Temp on low is too hot and just can't cook with lid closed. So flimsy and cheap construction."
