"After months of research, I chose this grill over several other stand-alone cart style S. S charcoal grills. I wanted to move up from the traditional ""kettle"" style grills I've used for years that don't last long and don't have enough cooking surface area. I've now had a full summer to use it. Both as a traditional grill and as a rotisserie, and I'm very pleased with the performance, and ergonomics of the design. The quality is good, and I expect years of happy grilling from it. The assembly wasn't too difficult either. Between the written directions and the assembly video on the website, it made for a stress-free few hours of my time. At the price point that it's advertised at, I highly recommend it."

Warranty Fraud

"DO NOT BUY! I bought this grill 3 months ago and the door was not working properly. I added more counter space to the grill and they failed to discuss the door but only used the countertop as to why they would not honor the warranty. They sell the grill marketing a 15-year warranty and will find a way not to honor it. You will not be able to speak with someone on the phone because customer service is non-existent and they will reply to you almost a month later once you submit claim online. There are better grill brands out there for the cost of this brand. I have been grilling for a long time and have had many Charcoal grills. Napoleon is the worst company to purchase from."
