The Napoleon PRO825RSBISS-3 Prestige PRO 825 Series Gas Grill On Cart with Rotisserie and Side Burner, 45-Inches delivers high end performance without the price tag of a high end grill. The solid 304 stainless steel construction is designed for long term durability and ensures the grill will hold up to the elements. The (4) main grilling burners are rated for a 12,000 BTU maximum and feature a solid 304 stainless steel tube construction while the stainless steel sear plates help protect the burners and provide even heat distribution, preventing hot and cold spots across the 500 square inch main grill surface while the secondary grill hood features (2) 14,000 BTU ceramic infrared burners that can reach up to 1,800 F to achieve steakhouse quality searing; also included is an independent 8,000 BTU warming burner for added versatility.
The patented "S" style wave grill grates are a signature of Napoleon grills and feature a 9.5mm thick 304 stainless steel construction to provide long lasting durability and allow professional style grill marks. The unique Flame Throwing ignition provides a simple and reliable ignition by "shooting" a flame to the burners, making startup a breeze. The infrared back burner is rated for 18,000 BTU to allow professional style rotisserie cooking with the commercial quality rotisserie kit and the side power burner is rated for 17,000 BTU and is perfect for wok cooking or large pots of water. Love it but Moisture will cause problems
"Love the Quality of the Pro line , only big issue for us is we live in BC, Canada , very high moisture level will settle in all gas outlets and make it very difficult to light all burners . I seen this information online as I look for answers And how to resolve. This unit is not meant to sit outside expose to all environments. To resolve I must remove all racks and use a Q-tip three times to take moisture out. Then it will fire up , engineers please listen to make adjustments so this won’t happen."
Side power burner does not work
"Side power burner ceramic doesn't work and low flame out put. Was sent a new burner but ceramic burner by support that I had to install myself and the center ceramic still does not stay lit. Grease falls into the propane tank and storage area even after replacing the grease trays. For a $5k grill this is very disappointing."

Happy I Pulled the Trigger
"Looked at this model and the pro 665 model. In retrospect I probably would have done fine with the 665 . But all that being said I’m happy with my purchase it’s solid easy to clean plenty of storage, cover fits great. The stainless is a constant job to keep clean and one of the only problems I have is the burner knobs get so filthy if ur not careful or cover them in some way to keep the food debris of of them. Other than that it cooks great food it gets as hot as you would ever need and the side burner works as well as any indoor gas stove appliance. I always thought I would have ordered it from Amazon but I ended up going through a local vendor ,it was slightly more expensive but they assembled delivered and removed my old one and threw in a free cover!"

"Bought another Napoleon simply because of the superior quality and because it's manufactured in Canada. My first Napoleon, purchased in 1995, is still going strong, with only a few parts needing replacement about 10 years ago. Napoleon's warranty is second to none, sending me those parts at no charge. After the minor refurbishment, I gave it to a friend for his cottage and it still does steak, chicken and burgers like the day i purchased it in 1995. That's quality and workmanship! My new 825 is outstanding, allowing me to sear several steaks on one side while cooking a dozen burgers, a dozen sausages and a half-dozen chicken legs while toasting buns on the top rack. It even has side burner for wok veggies or boiling potatoes/corn. It has too many features to name here, but it is the ultimate BBQ and still made right here in Canada. The highly-skilled workers in Barrie are producing a world-class BBQ. Thank you!!! Napoleon is easily the best quality BBQ at a competitive price and will last forever. . ."
