The patented "S" style wave grill grates are a signature of Napoleon grills and feature a 9.5mm thick 304 stainless steel construction to provide long lasting durability and allow professional style grill marks. The Napoleon Jetfire ignition system provides a simple and reliable ignition by "shooting" a flame to the burners, making startup a breeze. The infrared back burner is rated for 18,000 BTU to allow professional style rotisserie cooking with the commercial quality rotisserie kit and the side infrared "Sizzle Zone" is rated for 14,000 BTU and can reach up to 1,800 F to achieve steakhouse quality searing. The stainless steel side shelves feature integrated tool hooks for convenience and the (4) heavy duty casters allow easy mobility and lock to stay in place. "I’m totally impressed with this grill. For the last 22 years I’ve been using a ceramic briquet style gas grill. My new Napoleon is far better! Cooks more like a charcoal bbq. Nice and hot when I want to sear and low on the other side. Drippings may flame up but they are far down and only lick the meat. Not the big fires as before. I was a sceptic before this purchase and now I’m a convert."
"The Pro Series is well-built but the price is high for what you get. Upgraded stainless steel components are nice. The interior light is great. Other lighting features are just decoration. It plugs into the wall, which is also convenient, but they should provide a cord to do that, for the price that you pay. The infrared side burner is great for searing steaks, although the igniter did not work initially. I had to contact Napoleon support and that was an adventure getting through to speak to someone about it. Once I was able to reach a human, they were very helpful. All in all, I would still buy a Napoleon, but would not spend the extra for the Pro series. I'd stick with the Prestige."

"The best. That's all there is to it. Heavy duty grill, double walled hood are features i love. Hood keeps heat constant. Grills add excellent sear to all meats. The lighted controls are a feature I appreciate as red means burner still on! Add the slide. out shelf holding the propane tank is a real bonus. . . easy to change tanks. But the fact that it holds the temperature constant is my favorite feature. When you are using the rotisserie, consistent temperature makes cooking a breeze. You let the BBQ do the work. And the interior lights, and the sear side burner and soft close doors. . . list goes on and on. . . ."
