"- Nice size cooking surface, not too big nor too small, allowing for adjusted burner convenience use options for a couple or large family and friends get together -Stylish stainless steel, with nice storage compartment underneath. - Control dial lighting enhances the look and feel of the BBQ and reminder from a far if you have left it on. - Lighting for the BBQ cooking area is an awesome and well used feature allowing for iPhone to continue providing the music…no more need for iPhone flash light. - Cooking control dials in nicely across a spectrum of BBQ heat needs allowing ease of ability to BBQ foods requiring direct heat differences. - Grade of stainless steel I feel keeps heat nicely within the unit itself whereby standing next to BBQ when cooking is not like being in the Sahara desert. May complain about this appealing summer feature in the cold CDN winter months of BBQing - Nice BBQ to cook with and stand next to with your favorite drink. - Very happy with our purchase of the Napoleon Prestige Series BBQ. Opportunities Improve - Storage compartment more bug proof I. e. air venting screen like a window = good air flow but bug proof. Ensure Instruction Manual highlights the importance of keeping the screens clean for proper air flow. - Grease Trap Catcher needs to be a material (if there is one) that would allow you to see how full it is. It is a guessing game with the current catcher. Would also add the grease catcher looks and is cheap looking given the cost of the BBQ. Up your game here."

Good grill for the money.
"I had the grill product delivered and the directions to put together were not good. Took longer than expected to assemble as I had the Natural Gas model but there was no hole for the gas line. Once I was able to get everything put together, the grill worked well. Heats up quickly and maintains temperature. Not a lot of flare-ups, even with some fatty foods. The sear burner worked well. Overall, I'd give it a good rating."

"This grill comes with some really cool, unique features. I've never had a grill that you can bluetooth to your phone, this feature let's me set a timer and keep an eye on the temp so that is really nice when I need to step away for awhile. The extra burner on the side comes in handy when I am cooking more than one thing at a time"

Big family Grill Time!
"I bought this Prestige 665 RSIB for my father. He is a long time old school griller, and thought this was super fancy. The stainless steel body is surprisingly easy to keep clean. The Searing burner is the highlight for us, perfect steaks in minutes. I believe the Knobs that stay Red when you accidentally forgot you left it on, is a big hit, because honestly , who doesn't. We purchased the Griddle, and Smoker tray, and both of them are well used and loved. The Wavy stainless steel burner, is so easy for us to clean and keep in great condition, ready for the next bbq. And it was all under what we had budgeted. This will be used to grill for our family for a very long time. Napoleon Grills at its best. Gigantic surface also, so plenty of room for our whole gang to be fed!"

"What can I say other than this grill is amazing?!?! The build quality is superb - extremely sturdy with no flimsiness at all. Just solid and built like a tank. The controls are easy to use. The connected app is super easy to set up and is extremely intuitive to use. The performance of the grill is exactly what I expect from Napoleon - even heat distribution with no hot/cold spots in any area of the grill surface. The natural gas got the grill to just over 600 degrees. This is the gold standard by which all other grills should be measured against!"
