"My third or fourth Napoleon BBQ and disappointed with it. The cabinet is useless for storage as there's a huge hole for a propane tank even though mine is natural gas. The rivets in the bottom of the door scratch the base, and a metal bar that goes under the side burner which doesn't appear to do anything won't stay in place."
Great grill, ok service
"Excellent grill! High quality and great performance. The only issue is that I was promised a propane hose to connect to my house and they never shipped it. I have called several times but still nothing."

Grills and Looks Great!
"Assembly Instructions could use some text to supplement the illustrations. Thanks to YouTube I was able to complete assembly. Have only used grill a few times since purchase. I am pleased with the performance. I will grill bacon to keep the smell out of the house and it is also a good test of how evenly a grill heats. The Phantom Rogue heats very evenly! I purchased a non-Napoleon Griddle on Amazon and was pleased with those results as well. Looking forward to using the sear function and rotisserie function when grilling season arrives. It is chilly in Iowa in January!"

Not a reliable grill
"Bought for Christmas in December 2024. It heats up well and doesn't really have any cold spots and seems to be built well. I noticed the stainless steel grats wiggle about a quarter inch causing them to bang when you clean the grates which I thought was annoying. I reached out to the supplier and they said I maybe didn't have the grill hot enough for them to expand and set into place. Well, almost a year later, I've had it plenty hot plenty times and they bang around like day 1. About 3 months in, I noticed one of the dials that adjust the flame was cracked. One by one they all cracked. It looks like a cheap grill now. Then today, I came out to fire it up for some Labour Day burgers, and all 3 igniters stopped working. If this is Canadian built, shame on them."
