"The grill worked great for a few weeks before the regulator failed. Apparently the warranty does not cover shipping costs of the failed regulator. Shipping costs are approaching the cost of a new Napoleon regulator and more than after market. Email to Napoleon has gone unanswered."
"I love this barbecue. It looks like a sports car and lights up like a dashboard. It can get to 700° in no time, or you can control the heat and cook something rare no problem. I got the rotisserie too, but it’s on back order for months unfortunately. I am looking forward to using the rotisserie when it finally shows up."
"I’ve been slowly getting used to grilling on this grill over the past 3 weeks. Coming from another well know brand or competitor, I thought I made a mistake, but that’s nowhere near the truth. I’ve been able to cook better than my last grill and setting this grill to the right temperature is so easy. It heats up without hotspots if you give it just a few minutes for the temp to stabilize and grates to evenly heat up. Same goes with many grills I’ve used. It feels pretty luxurious to cook on this thing and I feel like a boss when I use it lol. Eventually I’d love to get the Phantom Special Edition one day to cook for friends and family."

"My third or fourth Napoleon BBQ and disappointed with it. The cabinet is useless for storage as there's a huge hole for a propane tank even though mine is natural gas. The rivets in the bottom of the door scratch the base, and a metal bar that goes under the side burner which doesn't appear to do anything won't stay in place."
"Excellent grill! High quality and great performance. The only issue is that I was promised a propane hose to connect to my house and they never shipped it. I have called several times but still nothing."
