"The bbq works really well. Very happy with the product. The searing station is nice, and the rotisserie works well. Still haven't figured out how to remove chickens properly, but everything else was perfect. _x000D_ _x000D_ The only improvement I would suggest is the app connectivity. It is too complicated, and not intuitive in design. As a result I never use it and simply use my old probes."
"The caster support immediately broke. The $8 replacement part is backordered with no sign of it arriving ever! It's also NOT covered by the "lifetime warranty" of this Prestige model! The corner of my new Bar-B-Q is sitting on a block of wood."
"As far as grilling goes, this hits it out of the park. My issue is the tech used on this equipment. The “touch” panel is as responsive as a 2x4. Even the on/off switch is finicky. The lighted knobs malfunctioned within 4 days. Couldn’t get the parts so the grill was replaced (it’s brand freak’n new and shouldn’t need a repair 1 week after buying). The probes work well once you can get the panel to turn on. Gave up on the app. For reference, I worked IT to support me through college, wired our 1960’s home w/ cat6, and built out our home network…but can’t get this ridiculous control panel to operate easily. Same issues for both grills I received. The grill is a solid 5 stars / the tech is 1 star. I don’t bother using the panel. It’s nice to have if it worked decently but not necessary for grilling."
"This is an amazing BBQ, the quality, the looks, the tech and how well built it is. However it is VERY Pricey, so hopefully I am getting a lot for the money, I hope. So far the one major headache I am having is the ignitor. I am having to turn each temp control knob multiple times to get the burner to light. Real Pain in the butt for the $2600 I spent for the Best BBQ around"
"Great grill but ignition isnt reliable. Support is difficult to reach, tried 2 appointments no one reached out. Would not buy again because of the ignition problem. casters mounts are plastic and broke off while leveling on all 4 corners. However when grill is working its great mostly because of the cast stainless steel grates and powerful burners. Side burner is fantastic. i think its too expensive for the ignition and caster issues though which are a big ket down. Digital screen isn't that useful. would have gone with a higher price to avoid these problems. buyer’s remorse setting in. On the bright side online warranty sustem alowed me to order replacement caster mounts."

"I was hesitant to purchase a new grill. We had our current natural gas grill for over 30 years. Refurbishing it and replacing parts over the years. We recently bought a new Napoleon natural gas grill as a replacement. I am really amazed by the features and build quality of this new grill. Easy step by step assembly too. Well done. Also it comes with a lifetime warranty!"
