The solid 304 stainless steel construction is designed for long term durability and ensures the grill will hold up to the elements. Each of the (4) main grilling burners are rated for a 12,000 BTU maximum and feature solid 304 stainless steel tube construction, and the stainless steel sear plates help protect the burners and provide even heat distribution, preventing hot and cold spots across the 500 square inch grill surface.

The patented "S" style wave grill grates are a signature of Napoleon grills and feature 7.5mm thick 304 stainless steel construction to provide long lasting durability and allow professional style grill marks. The unique Flame Throwing ignition provides a simple and reliable experience by shooting a flame to the burners, making start-up a breeze. The infrared back burner is rated for 18,000 BTU to allow professional style rotisserie cooking with the heavy duty rotisserie kit, and the infrared "Sizzle Zone" is rated for 14,000 BTU and can reach up to 1,800 degrees F to achieve steakhouse quality searing. Great grill but the older models were better.

"My first Napoleon grill lasted ten years. It was built like a tank. Gradually the igniters rusted off, and the firebox started spreading out so I replaced it with another of the same model. It looks great and provides plenty of heat and cooking space. My issues with the newer model are as follows: 1. There are no longer shelves for spices at the fronts of then side shelves. I suspect that this was to save money on steel. 2. The heat distribution is the opposite of the older models. They were hotter in the rear of the grill. My new one is hotter in the front. 3. The new grill is much more susceptible to any wind even with the lid closed. The side SearZone burner is not useable in any wind. 4. The new assembly instructions are just pictures and apply to the Propane models, not the Natural Gas. Figuring out which screws to use where during assembly was a guessing game. Considering my last Napoleon grill lasted ten years, I still would buy this grill again."

"This grill is awesome. High quality, everything fits. Wavy grills are neat. Incredibly fast heating up. Haven't tried rotisserie or sear plate yet. Wheels are heavy duty. Even the cover is easy and quick to put on and off. We have done roasts, chicken, brats. Very happy. This grill is a significant step up from our last grill. I did have to call customer service during assembly. They were very helpful, solved my problem and even sent me a free gift. You wont regret buying this awesome grill. Great value for the money"
