The Napoleon P500RSIB-3 Prestige 500 Gas Grill On Cart with Rotisserie and Side Burner, 28-Inches delivers top notch performance without the price tag of a high end grill. The solid 304 stainless steel construction is designed for long term durability and ensures the grill will hold up to the elements. Each of the (4) main grilling burners are rated for a 12,000 BTU maximum and feature solid 304 stainless steel tube construction, and the stainless steel sear plates help protect the burners and provide even heat distribution, preventing hot and cold spots across the 500 square inch grill surface.
The patented "S" style wave grill grates are a signature of Napoleon grills and feature 7.5mm thick 304 stainless steel construction to provide long lasting durability and allow professional style grill marks. The unique Flame Throwing ignition provides a simple and reliable experience by shooting a flame to the burners, making start-up a breeze. The infrared back burner is rated for 18,000 BTU to allow professional style rotisserie cooking with the heavy duty rotisserie kit, and the infrared "Sizzle Zone" is rated for 14,000 BTU and can reach up to 1,800 degrees F to achieve steakhouse quality searing. The stainless steel side shelves feature integrated tool hooks for convenience and the (4) heavy duty casters allow easy mobility and lock to stay in place. Grillers will enjoy the Safety Glow LED back-lit control knobs that turn from blue to red while the burners are in use to make for a safe grilling experience.

"This is a really great grill. I love the sear station. It heats up really fast and the grates and super cool. Definitely worth the money. I usually buy less expensive grills and they never seem to last or meet expectations. I'm really happy I got this."
"This is a good grill that is made well with high quality components. I like the storage place for the warming rack that stores in the grill. The back and side burners work well and light easily. The main burners do not light easily. You must push the knob in and wait until you hear the gas and then turn the knob to activate the spark. It is always random which burner if any will ignite. After a one or two tries I can usually get at least one burner to light, then all will ignite and I can shut off the burners I don’t need. Although I admit this is not terrible, for the price I would have expected more reliable lighting of the main burners. Since I BBQ all year around I am curious to see how main burner ignition performs in the middle of an Ottawa winter."
"My wife bought me a Natural Gas 500RSIB for my birthday and it's been a nightmare. I had it professionally assembled and installed. The igniters didn't work, so Napoleon sent me a replacement control panel. No instructions on how to install it and the videos online are only for the Prestige Pro and don't apply to my unit. I had to use valuable Fable 5 AI tokens to be able to get to how to install it. I had this all originally done professionally so I wouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff. I'm NEVER buying another one and making sure all my friends know to stay away."
"I have had the BBQ 3 months. Made rotisserie chicken and pork, burgers, steaks, pork chops, and chicken. All have worked out great. Heating is well balanced. The Bluetooth thermometer is a great addition. The side sear is helpful for steak and reverse seared pork chops."
"Leading up to the purchase of this grill, I compared buying a big box store grill vs the more expensive Napoleon. The quality of the Napoleon is far better than the cheaper grills. Better construction, solid, better grates, and comes with the rotisserie and sear station. The sear station is amazing. The only issue I had was the rear rotisserie burner was not getting hot enough. I took it off and put it back on and it started working correctly. So overall, great grill so far!"
"I love my Napolean Prestige 500 grill but since its date of arrival in May of this year one of the igniters has not worked. It will light through the back channel when the others are lit, but should work independently. Would love help fixing it"

"Overall the grill is fantastic! Holds even temp no problem and no flare ups. The infrared side burner blows out often even with the shield up. The biggest issue we've had is with the rotisserie. The motor mount seems a bit flimsy and the set up is quite finicky."
