Almost perfect.
"I was sent this for testing by Napoleon ( thank you) just before the 1st snow fall, so had to wait til now to test. N̈ Testedÿ 4 skewers purchased from the grocery store. Easy load and open/ close. Rack fits nicely into a cooking tray for b4 and after drips. Easy to flip and reverse while cooking. Note that when using this item your meats should all be a uniform size. As mine were not, some were overcooked. However, just something to watch for in the future. When opening after cooking, debris will fly off the upper mesh, so best do that part outside. I put it in the dishwasher. My wife was not happy , gave a light scrub and repeated. Still not totally clean but personally I find acceptable. The reason for a one star deduction is that you cannot fully separate the 2 halves, making sink and dishwasher cleaner much harder and probably less effective."
