Excellent at Grilling, Poor Build Quality
"The cooking aspect of this grill is top tier. Cooks evenly and with minimum flare-ups. My minus three stars has to with the build quality. Now, I realize this is Napoleon's low end grill, but for the price, did expect a little better. I had mine assembled at Lowe's and it took two times to get one without dents. The final one arrived with a long rub mark that doesn't come off. That aside, the bigger issue is it leaks natural gas even when turned off. Not a lot, but you can definitely smell it at where the the gas hose connects to the burners. I took it apart and reassembled but you can still smell natural gas when the burners are all turned off. I looked and the assembly instructions are not great for Natural Gas so they these third parties don't know how to put them together correctly. As a workaround, I turn off the gas at the supply line. Probably a good habit anyway. Just annoying. If I had to do over, I'd probably go with the a "W" grill or maybe pay a little more for the Napoleon Rogue. I wish I had. Hope these insights help you make an informed decision."
