"I’m not an overly savvy cook, so this skillet is a new way to make meals but wow, I love it! Instructions are a big help for newbies in the kitchen like me (season it first!), and my first meal was fajitas. I’m excited to try more recipes with this!"
"I received this cast iron skillet in the mail from Napoleon for free to test. Immediately I noticed the weight to it - which always in my mind is a guaranteed indication of great quality cast iron. I began to season the skillet that night as directed on the back of the packaging. Not difficult, easy to follow directions and voila it was ready to go. The next day I tried a couple simple items on it, a grilled cheese sandwich for the kids and a special creamy turkey penne quesadilla. The skillet was easy to handle and work with. I love the removable handle, holds it heat very well, thus cooking at an extreme higher heat level. Great for dedicated cast iron lovers - you will want this one in your collection. It’s unique shape will allow you to snap up new recipe ideas. I noticed the difference in the food, particularly the crunch in our sandwich and quesadilla. I would have a couple more kicking around for the bbq and or the open campfire. Every cast iron fanatic will want this in their cooking arsenal."
"Received the skillet as part of the tester program. At first glace the skillet is well made and the detachable handle is a good idea if you want to use the skillet in the oven or bbq. Now for the less good part, the skillet is quite small in size and me having a big family I don't see myself cooking anything in it. But, it makes a very cute serving plate when you receive guests. Overall this skillet may be useful some less big households, but I did not see any possible usage for mine."
"Full disclosure, I received this product for free for testing purposes. Seasoned up the skillet and made a quick pizza on the barbecue. Skillet preformed as expected for high quality cast iron product. However the removable handle is life changing. So much space saving compared to a traditional skillet."
"I received this Skillet about a month ago and have done about two cooks. Had to do the traditional sizzling fajita for the wife. Absolutely amazing I used it as a serving dish putting it into the oven and heating it up. Held heat for quite some time easily kept food warm the entire meal. Loved hearing that sizzle. Also served a seafood scampi and same great performance. Like the barbecues that made them famous Napoleon makes amazing accessories too this one included."

"I was provided this skillet to review from Napoleon. Awesome little griddle. Worked perfectly to cook up some peppers and onions to go with my smoked sausages. Has nice heat retention from being cast iron and the removable handle made placing and removing from the grill very easy. The included plate was nice to set it on while still hot to serve. Definitely recommend this for your bbq cooks."

"Received this skillet as a gift from Napoleon which was very nice of them. Followed the cleaning and seasoning instructions as provided on the package. We have used it to make Fajitas on and as well fry up vegetables for sides. It holds its heat very well and cooks items quickly and keeps the flavour. The removable handle is a good thought in the construction of the skillet. Also the serving tray is a bonus as your food retains its heat while serving. Looking forward to receiving more products for testing and reviewing. I would recommend this product to anyone who uses their gas grill a lot or uses a gas range cook top as we have used it on that as well."
