"In August I purchased a 32” Napoleon 500 grill and a Napoleon rotisserie. The rotisserie will not work on the grip, so I called the listed phone for Napoleon company and was put on hold for approximately 30 minutes before being invited to leave my number for a call back within 48 hours. The call never came. I sent an email to the company receiving no response. I found a local dealer from whom I ordered the correct rotisserie, but they would not take the first rotisserie unit. Napoleon’s communications are very difficult."
