"Very happy with KA, first off they shipped sooner than expected as original dates were end August into September. Secondly they’re the only ones who carried the sear plates as a set (in my case 7 was the number needed) other places only had them in pairs along with a burner which I did not need and at a cost about or higher than what I paid for the set. But this all being said, Napoleon grill parts can be hard to find as not all places carry everything needed, my next item will be what are called Crossfire Brackets, KA doesn’t seem to have them and a place that does has suspended their order taking for the month. I purchased my grill from a large home improvement store (the Blue one) and they just sell the grills and any local appliance store that sells Napoleon grills tell me they can not order parts. I don’t get that as the one’s they carry cost at least twice as much as mine and not to be able to get parts is ridiculous (unless they can, but only for ones purchased from them?)."
