"HAvent had a chance to use yet, i have seasned it so ready to use it this long weekend."
Not Loving It
"One page of the site says it is glossy on the side with ridges and matte on the smooth side. . . what I received is glossy on both sides. Something about that smooth side being glossy doesn't seem right, it doesn't feel right when cooking on it. I was expecting it to be more like my cast iron skillets. I mostly use the smooth side and I noticed that the other side seems to have porcelain ""dripping"" spots. Did that happen when it was made or is that happening when I'm using it wavy side down? Either way, I'm not loving it and would like to find a replacement. . ."

Great unit, BUT
"Always wanted a griddle for my Napoleon 500. It’s a great unit. Cleans easily. Nice enamel finish. Only complaint, no sides to prevent food from spilling over. Needs to be improved. Would I but again? Probably not. Your mixing veggies and you end up trying to pick up the slice of pepper that fell off onto the sizzle plate"

"don't bother to buy this Enameled Cast Iron Reversible Griddle 56041, you wont get it at all, I order one in April was supposed to get it in May, they keep changing the delivery, now we are at the end of July now they say mid august, unable to reach Napoleon customer support, bad service, I regret buying Napoleon"

"This really changed the bbq for me, the Prestige 500 has enough grill space to permanently have the griddle on one side and and the grill grate on the other. I grill vegetables on the griddle side while cooking meat on the other."
Excellent cooking
"We bought one of these to go with our prestige napoleon bbqs. We have had both for 3 1/2 years now, bought at the warehouse just outside of Barrie. Best ever customer service. The products that we bought have been the best quality. Looking forward to stocking up the cottage with a new bbq and accesories."
