Fire Magic's Diamond Sear Cooking Grids provide optimal heat transfer, while the 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids are specially designed to provide even heat distribution and prevent hot and cold zones. These multipurpose grids also protect the burners from grease and drippings for enhanced performance. The modest 792 square inch grilling surface offers plenty of grilling area while the integrated 20,000 BTU back burner comes with a heavy duty rotisserie kit for professional style cooking.
