The Evo 10-0075 Affinity 30Gp Series Indoor 30-Inch Built-In Flat Top Gas Grill provides a unique grilling machine designed for use in your indoor kitchen. Featuring heavy duty stainless steel construction, an oil-seasoned steel cooktop, and inner and outer tube burners, every inch of this grill expresses premium quality and manufacturing. With its distinctive design, this Evo grill allows foods to be prepared directly on the cooktop, and either separately or simultaneously, pots and pans may be used the same way as a more traditional cooking surface. The 30-inch diameter surface of this grill offers 706 square inches of cooking space and edge-to-edge even surface temperatures ranging from 225 degrees Fahrenheit to 525 degrees Fahrenheit to suit a wide variety of cooking styles.
The integrated stainless steel drip pan surrounds the cooking surface to manage and contain spillovers, while the spillover trays located behind the right and left side of the control knobs are removable and dishwasher safe to provide a convenient and efficient cleanup. The electronic starter is located just under the burners to provide simultaneous one-touch ignition for both burners. Take your cooking to a new level with help from Evo.
