The Evo 10-0055 Affinity 30G Series Built-In Gas Grill provides a uniquely versatile grilling machine to enhance your patio & BBQ experience. The complete heavy gauge 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long lasting and durable product designed to hold up against the elements outdoors while the 38,000 BTU dual burners provide variable temperatures between 225°F and 550°F. The solid cooking surface is constructed from black oil-seasoned steel to provide a heavy duty cooktop that holds heat extremely well and is 30 inches in diameter to offer a robust 650 square inch of cooking surface all controlled by 2 burner knobs that control the inner and outer burners for edge to edge even heat.

The stainless steel drip pan surrounds the cooking surface to manage and contain spillovers while the spillover trays located behind the right and left side of the control knobs are removable and dishwasher safe to provide a convenient and efficient cleanup. The electronic starter is located just under the burners to provide one-touch ignition for both burners while the flame portals located just below the cooking surface show the burners to monitor the flames. The heavy duty stainless steel lid lets you roast, steam, warm, or smoke foods and also features an adjustable vent that exhausts steam and vapors while cooking.
