This unit features a 304 stainless steel construction with heli-arc welded seams, a recessed top, and stainless steel cover for durability that will stand up to the elements in any climate. Designed with restaurant power and control in mind, the dual ring burner with independent heating controls provides 20,000 BTU each, capable of high heat or a low simmer for a range of cooking ability. This unit features Precision-Point illumination behind the control knobs for an added visual appeal of rich amber beams of light and uses 110V electronic ignition for added reliability.
