The Alfresco AXE-PZA-CART Countertop Pizza Oven on Cart, 30 offers one of the highest performing gas-fired ovens in the world. This versatile pizza oven preheats in just 15 minutes, reaching over 1,000°F, allowing you to cook a perfect three minute Neapolitan pizza, as well as bake, roast and iron-skillet sear. It features premium 304 stainless steel, countertop rear exhaust, high-heat ceramic infrared burner, high-performance tube-log burner and a double-walled removable top. The full 8.5-inch opening features removable stainless steel-framed glass doors that open to the 456 square inches of cooking space. Use the integrated halogen oven light to easily monitor your pizza. The 3/4-inch thick ceramic slab hearth and ceiling provides even, intense radiating heat while the natural air-cooling plenum keeps the control panel cool to the touch. The integrated cart is built from the same durable 304 stainless steel and features an opening that fits a standard 20 pound LP tank, 4-inch heavy-duty casters and a convenient handle for easy mobility.
