The gas component features (2) burners capable of up to 25,000 BTU each with a modest 432 square inch gas grilling surface that features an optional 13,000 BTU backburner with heavy duty rotisserie kit; while the Charcoal component has a dedicated 26,000 BTU charcoal ignitor and a modest 396 square inch charcoal grilling surface. Additionally, Fire Magic's Diamond Sear Cooking Grids provide optimal heat transfer with more surface area and contact points to assist in searing performance. From the cast stainless steel "E" burners to the built in charcoal crank, each feature is designed for high quality performance and durability.
